Proof of Age
1) We only sell to persons who have reached the age of 18 years. Please enclose with your order a suitable proof of age (e. g. copy of an identity card). Without proof of age your order can not be processed.
Orders
2) Orders are being accepted when they are (via e-mail or fax) confirmed by us and the required advance payment according to 4) has been made.
3) Our offers on the Internet are not binding as long as they have not been confirmed according to 2).
Delivery
4) Orders will only be processed if the total amount due has been paid in advance.
5) Postage and packaging are determined by the destination in question and the cost of insurance. Therefore we can only announce the total amount due by confirming your order. This of no disadvantage to you because your order will only be processed when the advance payment has been made (2).
6) Regularly, orders will be processed in three working days after the advance payment has been received.
Payment
7) Please make your advance payment after receiving our confirmation (2). If we do not receive your advance payment after five working days, we are free to cancel your order.
Liability
8) We can not be held liable for damages to properties or assets if the damage is not founded on purpose or severe negligence on our side.
9) We would like to advise you that data-communication over the internet, given the current state of technology, is neither error-free nor available anytime. Therefore we can not be held liable for non-availability of our services nor technical or electronic errors.
Data Protection
10) We would like to advise you that data submitted by you will be electronically stored and processed by us in order to fulfil our obligations.
Choice of Law
11) The relationship between our costumers and us is solely governed by German material law and subject only to German jurisdiction.
12) UN-commercial law is explicitly not applicable.
13) International forum is solely Hamburg.
Severability Clause
14) If a clause of these Terms and Conditions should be or become void, the remaining parts of these Terms and Conditions shall not be infringed.
