The shipment of any and all products or items from ars cultri will in any case be made in the name of and to sole risk of the customer. The risk of loss for such products or items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. All shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. For customs clearing purposes a Commercial Invoice will be included in each package showing the type of commodity and its value. Customs, duties and taxes are subject to national law and provisions. They are due in the country of destination and payable by the customer.
The customer will have to notify us with his preferred shipping carrier and the type of shipment. If nothing else has been agreed we recommend to use DHL for any national and FedEx International Priority for any international shipment.
